Seasonal Menu

Our menu has a French influence and uses great products from Australia, specifically Victoria with fruit, vegetables and herbs from our garden. On a daily basis our menu changes depending on our fresh ingredients from suppliers and from our garden


Starters

Our starters include Traditional French Onion Soup, feta, olive and tomato salad, tasmanian smoked salmon with capers, rocket and a lime dressing. Our salads are picked just moments after ordering the dish.

Main Courses

Our main courses include:

Rosemary and garlic marinated rack of lamb with a redcurrant and cabernet sauvignon reduction

Three pepper eye fillet with a horseradish and mustard cream

Baked baby snapper with parsley, lime and thyme

Steamed Atlantic salmon with hot lemon butter

Lettuce, pea and spring onion risotto with parmesan

Freshly picked vegetables...

Herbs, salads and vegetables are picked just minutes before serving. Mange tout, peas, silverbeet, spinach, spring onions, lettuces and rhubarb are all being picked from the garden this week.
